Spring Bonnie, who was originally known as SpringTrap until the TRTF Lore was changed with The Return to Freddy's: The Dreadful Truth, is a golden springlock suit developed in Fazbear INC. by Alison.
Appearance
Compared to her version from Scott Cawthon's official Five Nights at Freddy's 3, Spring Bonnie appears to be unwithered. She is an olive bunny animatronic very similar to Bonnie. Her bowtie is light yellow. Her model is similar to Bonnie's from The Return to Freddy's 3.
Trivia
- She was going to be an active antagonist in The Return to Freddy's 2, but she was removed due to changes in plans. According to the v1.032 Demo, she was implied to appear in the office and then go to the side hallway of the office, similar to her appearance in FNaF 3. This implies she would've been the only character to utilize the other hallways in the office.
- Despite her removal, however, the player can experience an eyeless SpringTrap screen very rarely and view her troughout the minigames.
- Spring Bonnie's eyeless screen is also extremely similar to the eyeless screens of Withered Freddy, Withered Foxy, and Toy Bonnie in Five Nights at Freddy's 2.
- Despite her removal, however, the player can experience an eyeless SpringTrap screen very rarely and view her troughout the minigames.
- It was revealed in the The Return to Freddy's: The Dreadful Truth book that Spring Bonnie was originally one of the main mascots of GoldieParaDiner alongside Fredbear in 1943, but was later discontinued when the location closed down.
- Her minigame sprites are of grayish tone, unlike the usual Yellow/Green.
- Although in the unreleased TRTF2 V2.1, Spring Bonnie's files were completly deleted from the gamefiles, and in the planned Major Updates of the game, her minigame appearances were replaced by Buster.
- Spring Bonnie was the suit that Vincent used to lure the five missing children into the backroom.
