Adventure Torture Lockjaw resembles his original counterpart. He is a small white humanoid animatronic, with a cylindrical head, with a nose, cute green eyes, brown hair, red cheeks, and three rows of teeth. He has a blue body, dark blue legs and black shoes. He wears a black fedora with a red stripe, a black bowtie and a black button.
